About The Role
Reporting to the Outbound Operations Manger, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations within the warehouse and for the transport team. The role is Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Load balancing
Warehouse health maintenance
Unload and load goods on trucks
Allocating deliveries
Receiving and dispatch to coordinate all deliveries
Work closely with drivers to ensure efficient and on time order deliveries
Coordinate customer order returns
Coordinate office maintenance and ensure general cleanliness of the warehouse
Maintain clients’ stock levels by completing stocktake and placing orders on behalf of the customers to replenish supply of stock
About You
Experience working in a fast moving warehouse environment
Must be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain a Commonwealth Government security clearance, or have baseline clearance
A current Forklift licence is essential
Strong sense of safety and a good understanding of warehouse OHS requirements
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Proficient knowledge using MS Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
