Job Summary The Warehouse Associate Freight Handler Unloader will be responsible for unloading sorting palletizing and wrapping products with an average weight of 25lbs in a warehouse setting located in Bolingbrook IL The role requires working Monday to Friday from 700am to 330pm with additional mandatory overtime as needed Qualifications Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25lbs Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role preferred but not required Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to work overtime when necessary Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Responsibilities Unload incoming shipments and ensure accurate sorting and palletizing of products Wrap and prepare items for storage or shipment Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times Meet productivity targets to maximize daily earnings based on a production based pay structure Maintain a clean and organized work environment Compensation This position offers a production based pay structure where the more efficient the Warehouse Associate Freight Handler is the more they can earn each day On average associates can expect to earn about 22 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 19 per hour Join our diverse and supportive team at Humano where community support is a priority We offer benefits career advancement opportunities and a welcoming work environment Be a part of our warehouse family and grow together Humano is an equal opportunity employer Pre employment screenings including a background check are mandatory SJINDEED
