Job Title – Warehouse Associate
About the Role
This position within our customers’ warehouse will comprise of assisting preparation of outbound shipments to the customers store, filling out bills of lading to provide to the carriers and backup to our customers’ warehouse staff.
What You’ll Do
- Move freight or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles or containers, by hand or using hand trucks, fork lifts or other equipment.
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
- Maintain storage areas to ensure that inventory is properly accounted for and stored appropriately.
- Greet delivery trucks, receive and track shipments.
- Sort, tag, label and stock merchandise.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Record and manage all incoming and outgoing merchandise items.
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.

Experience:
1-2 plus years of experience in warehousing
PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Lift 50 pounds and experience using pallet jack
