Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Toms River, NJ. This position is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities
- Stock and organize inventory in warehouse locations
- Verify assembled items meet quality standards before packaging/shipping
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
- Operate warehouse equipment (fork lift, pallet jack, hand truck, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- Fastener experience preferred
- Light assembly experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (scanning, shipping labels, etc.)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)
- Forklift experience / certification
- Shipping experience (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight)
- Inventory counting and cycle counting experience
