Position Summary
AirJoule is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support efficient operations within our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will assist with inventory management, order handling, equipment operation, and safety. This role requires great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid foundation of warehouse experience.

Warehouse Operations
· Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
· Load and unload materials using safe handling techniques and proper equipment.
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory.
· Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for shipment.
Inventory Management
· Store, count, weigh, and organize materials to maintain accurate inventory levels.
· Mark and label stock according to rack management procedures.
· Conduct regular inventory audits.
Safety & Facility Support
· Implement warehouse processes to maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
· Maintain and fill warehouse supplies.
· Support freight and scheduling logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a warehouse required. Certification to operate forklifts required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems (ERP/MRP).
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Desire to work collaboratively with team members and various departments.
- Adherence to all safety regulations.
Physical Requirements
· Extended periods of walking and standing.
· Occasional periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
· Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
· Ability to climb ladders and maneuver on and off of forklift.
· Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
