What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Daily loading and unloading of products, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking merchandise
Pick and verify customer orders, preparing them for shipment as needed
Maintain daily checklist for truck and forklift maintenance and ensure appropriate use of equipment
Assist with physical inventory and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Provide excellent customer service to external customers, maintaining a neat and safe warehouse environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A willingness to learn and grow with the employer
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
6 months of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus
