fluorseals America is the newest division of fluorseals 11 global entities. This is the opportunity to help start fluorseals America from the ground up.
Receiving – Receiving all inbound shipments from Fluorseals Global locations and vendors within 1 business day. Receipt into system and physical placement into inventory. For “spot buys” (product for an immediate order) these are expected to be handled as a priority and shipped back out within same business day.
o Responsible for counting quantity of goods received in to insure they match packing list
o Responsible for measuring and confirming all dimensions of product to insure it matches packing list
o Responsible for insuring product is received in acceptable quality. Any suspicious shipments must be immediately flagged, a freight claim must be filed and must be handled as a priority for resolution.
– Order fulfillment – Pulling of sales orders to quantity, product, customer specification details (labeling, packaging, etc), certifications and necessary documentation on all orders. Orders are expected to be acknowledged and prepared within same business day.
– Forklift Operator. Must be forklift certified and trained.
– Shipping – Properly preparing shipment to packaging requirements, labeling requirement, customer specifications, inclusion of physical certifications and packaged professionally within same day of receipt of sales order.
– Inventory Management – Responsible for ensuring precise accuracy between system quantities of inventory to physical inventory at Fluorseals USA.
– Quality Assurance
o Quality condition of product upon receipt
o Quality condition of product when shipping
o Confirmation of correct product/material
o Confirmation of correct dimensions & sizing
o Confirmation of correct quantity
o Confirmation of accurate information on labeling
