About the Role
For our client, a growing logistics and distribution company in the Luxembourg, we are hiring reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations.
This role involves handling goods, preparing orders, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe warehouse operations. Warehouse Worker and Material Handler are recognized job titles for freight, stock, and material-moving roles in the U.S. market.
Your Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks, containers, pallets, and delivery vehicles
- Move freight, stock, and materials within the warehouse
- Check inventory, update stock records, and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners, and warehouse equipment
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse quality standards
- Support shipping, receiving, returns, and general warehouse tasks
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, move, and organize packages or materials
- Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Forklift experience or certification is an advantage
- Ability to work standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or overtime if required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
