We’re looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Manager to take full ownership of inbound and outbound logistics—from receiving raw materials all the way to final shipment. This is a hands-on leadership role where precision, speed, and scalability matter every single day.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, and shipping
- Carrier relationships across small parcel and freight, including performance and cost optimization
- SOP development to drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
- A safe, organized, OSHA-compliant facility
- Peak season execution—staffing, scheduling, and throughput at scale

You’ll work closely with production and leadership to ensure seamless flow from manufacturing to fulfillment, while supporting client-specific requirements like custom packaging and kitting.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in warehouse/shipping management in high-volume environments (e-commerce, 3PL, print, etc.)
- Proven experience managing peak/holiday ramp-ups and surge staffing
- Strong knowledge of carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight) and shipping platforms
- Experience with WMS and inventory control best practices
- Multi-shift team leadership experience
Bonus points for DTC fulfillment experience, 3PL/vendor management, or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
