Castle Donnington | Full-Time, Monday to Friday | £40,000 – £45,000
Monday to Friday 6.30am – 4.30pm
Are you an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Do you lead with a can-do attitude and enjoy being on the ground with your team? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re a leading name in the cleaning and hygiene industry, and we’re looking for a driven and reliable individual to join our growing team at our Castle Donnington site. You’ll be part of a supportive management team of three and play a key role in the day-to-day success of our warehouse operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing a team of 8 warehouse staff, providing daily leadership and motivation
Handling disciplinaries, return-to-work meetings, and holiday planning
Overseeing goods in, dispatch, and overall warehouse organisation
Setting and tracking KPIs and managing your own operational budget
Playing a hands-on role – this isn’t a desk job, and you’ll be active on the floor
Working closely with our values-driven management team, who are caring, focused, and progressive
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments
Someone who enjoys managing people and is confident making decisions
A proactive, can-do mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations
