Experience:0 to 2 Years
Brief description:
Support Request Viz. quotes, orders or planning sheets etc.
Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions
Interact with the internal and external team via e-mail/phone/CRM Tools
Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
Experience required:
1 – 2 years of experience in a BPO environment
Any Bachelors degree.
Proficient MS Excel
Entry / Mid level experience in working on ERP systems
Added advantage – Hands-on experience in working on any of the Planning, Order management & logistics processes
Skill sets:
Good understanding of any of the Planning, Order management & logistics processes .
Good written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
Experience in working on ERP systems
Works well with cross functional teams
Good knowledge on KPIs and SLAs
Acumen for quality at work.
