Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24×7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 6-8 years

• Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2026XXXX.

• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

  • TCS Online Application Form
  • Hard Copy of Resume
  • 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs
  • Original and photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

JD as referred:

*Oversee complete payroll operations for U.S.-based employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

*Calculate wages, taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other deductions with precision and compliance.

*Review and validate payroll data to maintain accuracy and integrity

*Handle payroll adjustments, bonus payouts, and off-cycle runs as required

*Perform audits for pre & post payroll reports and records to ensure compliance and accuracy

*Address to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related discrepancies effectively

*In-depth understanding of US federal, state, and local payroll laws

Advance US Payroll Knowledge,

SAP or Workday Knowledge.

Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.
