Role Description The Truck Driver will operate fuel tankers for regional and cross-border deliveries, ensuring safe and timely transportation of fuel products. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, securing loads, following designated routes, and adhering to company safety procedures and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with dispatch, completing delivery documentation, and reporting any incidents, mechanical issues, or delays. The Truck Driver will also assist with unloading fuel at customer locations as required, maintaining professional conduct and clear communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Truck Driving skills, including safe operation of heavy vehicles and fuel tankers.
- Candidates should possess a heavy-duty license and proven experience driving long-haul trucks.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Unloading fuel and handling related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a clean driving record, experience in fuel or hazardous materials transportation, basic vehicle maintenance skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and cross-border trips.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and route plans are essential.
