Position Overview
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for dedicated regional routes out of Houston, TX. This role involves unloading freight at retail stores using rollers. It is a hands-on position offering steady miles, competitive pay, and guaranteed weekly home time. Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent graduate, we provide the support you need to succeed.
What We Offer
Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,215 minimum (top earners make up to $1,350)
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Freight: 100% touch freight, unloaded manually using rollers
Route Type: Live unloads at retail locations
Miles: Average 2,700 miles per week
Home Time
Home weekly for a 34 to 48-hour reset
Regional position (not home daily or every weekend)
Equipment
Late-model Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
Slip-seat operations
Assigned tractors after completing one week of ride-along training
What You’ll Be Doing
Operate Class A trucks safely and professionally
Unload freight at customer store locations
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicate regularly with dispatch
Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
Manage multiple deliveries efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum age: 21
Valid Class A CDL
At least 3 months of driving experience
Must pass urine drug screens
Clean driving record
No felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents
No misdemeanors in the past 10 years
No terminations from previous employers
Complete driving history will be reviewed
