We are looking for CDL-A Regional Drivers to join our dedicated fleet delivering to Dollar Tree stores across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. This is a hands-on driving role with high earning potential and consistent miles.
What We Offer:
Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,600 gross
Mileage Pay:
0-11 months: $0.82/mile
12-23 months: $0.83/mile
24-35 months: $0.84/mile
36+ months: $0.85/mile
Unload Pay: $245 per unloaded trailer
Backhaul Pay: $70 per backhaul
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Average Weekly Miles: 600 – 800 miles
Supportive Dispatch & Management Team
Home Time & Schedule:
Home Weekly for a 34-Hour Reset
Drivers Must Be Available Sunday – Saturday
No Guaranteed Weekends Off
Truck Parking: Must park at Markham Terminal or Dollar Tree Joliet DC (No parking at home)
Training Program:
Paid Orientation & Training – $150 per day for 2-day ride-along training
Hands-On Freight Handling Training – Learn safe unloading techniques
Freight & Equipment:
Freight Type: 100% Touch Freight – Physically Demanding Job
Equipment: International & Freightliner Trucks
Unloading Method: Stacked Freight – Training Provided
Backhauls Available
