Job Details:
Experience: 3+ months
Home Time Options: Flexible, but mostly Weekly or 2 weeks out / 2 days home
Shift: Day and Night
Compensation and Benefits:
Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,600
Paid Orientation: $300
Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of bonus payout to qualify)
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting on the first of the month following your hire date.
Equipment and Support:
Drive in 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
Average length of haul: 400 miles.
Get 24/7 access operations support, no matter the time or day. All shifts are empowered to assist you.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 3 months driving experience required
Ability to commit to OTR or regional schedules
Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight
Perform routine vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip)
Maintain accurate driving logs and comply with all DOT regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
