We are seeking a skilled and responsible Truck Driver to operate our fleet of vehicles and deliver goods across Dubai and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record
of safe driving, excellent knowledge of local roads, and the ability to manage delivery schedules. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, efficient, and secure transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities
:
Drive trucks to transport goods to designated locations safely and on time within Dubai and across the UAE. Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are secure and intact. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and reports. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor. Follow all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a safe driving environment.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck and equipment. Assist with route planning and making recommendations to optimize delivery schedules. Â Qualifications :
Valid UAE driving license (Heavy Duty License) and a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a truck driver (experience in the UAE is preferred). Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads, traffic laws, and regulations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift and carry heavy loads when necessary. Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight delivery schedules.
