Company Dry Van Truck Driver OTR
- 2025 year-end: $1,345-$1,690 ($70,040-$88,040/year)
- 10-week rolling average: $1,555-$1,935 ($80,995-$100,740/year)

Anderson Truck Driver Requirements:
- Company drivers are 6 month experience and lease drivers are 1 yr experience
- Valid CDL-A License
- Company: 6 months verifiable OTR experience
- Lease: 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Must meet DOT requirements
- Must have stable, verifiable work history & acceptable driving record
