Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving, loading and unloading procedures, and adherence to safety regulations. The Truck Driver will operate a dump truck, ensuring timely delivery of aggregate while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Operate trucks to transport freight to designated locations safely and efficiently.
Load and unload as necessary.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents during transport.
Communicate with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered during routes.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at loading/unloading sites.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
Proven experience in truck driving.
Familiarity with operating various types of trucks, including dump trucks.
Ability to load and unload cargo safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.
Strong knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
