Reload Transport INC is expanding and opening a new office in Belgrade. We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team and help manage transportation operations on the U.S. market. This is an office-based position, and working from the office is mandatory.
Responsibilities
• Find and book profitable loads
• Communicate with brokers and drivers daily
• Negotiate rates and organize routes
• Track trucks and resolve logistics issues
• Update load statuses and coordinate transportation
Requirements
• Previous experience in truck dispatching for the U.S. market is mandatory
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with DAT, Truckstop, and Sylectus
• Knowledge of broker communication and rate negotiation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
