Role Description:
The US Truck Dispatcher at Solutions-by-AI-Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in ALLAH HOO CHOWK, JOHAR TOWN, LAHORE. This position coordinates daily truck routes across the United States, assigning loads, monitoring driver locations, and adjusting schedules to ensure on-time deliveries. The dispatcher communicates regularly with drivers, clients, and carriers to resolve issues, manage delays, and maintain clear, professional updates. Day-to-day responsibilities include using dispatch and mapping software, tracking shipments, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records of routes, hours, and load statuses.
Qualifications:
* U.S. trucking/dispatch experience with good English Speaking
* Good knowledge of the U.S. freight market & load boards
* Load booking & rate negotiation
* Driver/broker coordination and shipment tracking
* Strong communication & negotiation skills preferred.
** PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CANDIDATES WHO ARE FROM LAHORE.
