Location: Lahore (On-site)
Salary: Up to PKR 100,000/month (Based on experience)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Schedule: 5 days a week

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with trucking clients.
- Present dispatch services and convert prospects into active customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an outbound sales campaign is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident handling cold calls and overcoming objections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity are a plus.
- Truck dispatch or logistics industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
