Job Description
Oversee all phases of transportation, valet, and bells department, schedule maintenance, and/or repairs with different departments of all vehicles including security, support, engineering, etc. Oversee and coordinate daily operations of valet department. Monitor overall maintenance of valet lanes and parking areas (signs, lane striping).
Oversee daily operations and advise department director of any issues. Prepare and maintain schedules and payroll for department. Supervise, monitor, and instruct valet, bells, and transportation staff on proper department procedures.
Ensure all records are maintained and accuracy of paperwork and logs, i.e., tip logs, cashier variances, and employee files. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Responsible for diagnosing, making repairs, and maintaining vehicles in a timely manner to minimize downtime and help reduce costs.
Qualifications
Must have at least five (5) years supervisory experience in valet, hotel, and transportation. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Must maintain a clean driving record and valid state driver license. Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
