Transportation/ Logistics Dispatcher Jobs in Saginaw, TX at Norco
Family owned and operated trucking company with a personal touch, seeking an experienced and punctual individual to join our dispatch team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries
· Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times
· Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills
· Maintaining records of dispatched calls, as well as delivery and pickup times.
· Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
· Reviewing drivers’ logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.
· Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
· maximizing utilization of owner/operators, loading and delivery issue resolution, order processing, delivery documentation management, contract compliance, delivery status updates, and exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,400.00 per week
