JobPurpose:
Responsible for handling the operations of the Diriyah company.
Accountabilities:
Ensure a high level ofclient satisfactionwith Diriyah Operations.
Ensure staffing and fleet levels to meet demand.
Register all drivers in TAMM system and track vehicle usage to drivers.
Dispatch all drivers and coordinate for special requests.
Inspect all vehicles for operational readiness.
Coach and monitor cleaning and limo staff.
Monitor and address all external/internal correspondence related to departmental functions, vehicle maintenance, service and quality standards, and other related concerns from lease customers to ensure they are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner with a bottom-line focus oncustomer satisfaction.
Handle all customer requests from Oil Service requests, maintenance requests, update internal Tamm, faded number plates requests, and Moroor visits, directing them to the right department.
Coordinate with Logistics and customers for Yearly MVPI and reimbursement if MVPI is performed by the user itself.
Communicate with Hemaya Logistics Services for accident and breakdown vehicle collection.
Handle accident disputes by creating requests into ERP and sharing accident documents with the workshop to advise for arranging replacement against major maintenance or accident cases from branches/pool.
Pursue correspondence with customers for misuse approval and discounts.
Prepare international vehicle permissions from Tamm and for commercial units, correspond with GRO to acquire permits from Moroor.
Review traffic violation lists shared with accounts for invoicing and coordinators to notify customers.
Coordinate between customers, fleet, and admin for any disputed and wrong violations.
If the contract is valid, calculate and share early termination penalties with customers for approval.
Monitor replacement pool vehicles.
