Transportation Coordinator in Malta – Summer role

Join EF as a Transportation Coordinator and play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our students.
What You’ll Do
Manage arrivals, departures and excursions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process of our student’s transportation
Welcome students upon arrival and provide clear instructions for their journey
Address any transportation-related concerns and ensure students feel supported.
Work closely with local transport providers to guarantee seamless operations.
Adapt to last-minute changes and ensure solutions are implemented efficiently.
Who You Are
Organized & detail-Oriented
Proactive & Solution-Oriented – You stay calm under pressure and can quickly solve problems.
Team Player with a Positive Attitude – You enjoy working with others and contribute to a fun, supportive team.
Strong Communicator – You can clearly convey information to students, staff, and transportation providers.
Flexible & Adaptable – You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Fluent in English – Strong written and spoken English skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
Eligible to Work in Malta – You must have a Maltese/EU passport.
