Role & Responsibilities
- Obtaining quotes from limo and motorcoach companies
- Entering data into our reservations system for traveler pick up and drop offs
- Researching transportation routes for traveler transfers
- Assisting with the daily duties of the Transportation department
- Work as a team member with other staff within the department and company
- Assisting, at times, with dispatching
- Assist with any other related projects as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the IL, IN, and WI areas
- Intermediate or above skills with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Travel or transportation industry or administrative experience preferred
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
