Responsibilities
Maintain a professional, friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests and colleagues.
Close coordinating with other departments and external parties regarding all matters related to shuttle bus services.
Ensure all passengers pay properly on all schedules. Examine tickets and make sure they are valid.
Ensure shuttle bus payment in different methods are effective. Perform regular checking and report abnormal findings to the management.
Provide driving services for guests and senior management.
Assist guests with valet parking services.
Assist guests with luggage and other personal belongings.
Monitor traffic at Clubhouse entrance.
Requirements
Possess general knowledge in hotel / service apartment operation, preferable with experience in Transportation / Security.
Holder of Driving License 1 & 2 and with knowledge of various types of cars and road system.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese. Fair conversational English.
Pleasant personality and detailed-minded.
Comfortable with early morning shifts starting at 6am would be preferrable.
