Why This Role Matters
As a Transport Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of international transport operations. By optimizing sea and air freight activities, monitoring end-to-end logistics processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, you contribute directly to operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability across our supply chain.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and optimize international sea and air transport operations.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics from pickup to delivery.
- Proactively resolve transport disruptions and delays.
- Monitor, control, and verify transport costs for compliance.
- Analyze KPIs to improve transport quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and international partners.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
What You’ll Bring
- University degree in logistics, economics, technical, or related fields.
- Desirable 1–3 years of experience in similar roles; preferably in logistics processes in an international environment or opportunity for first time employment.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and MS Office tools.
- SAP experience or familiarity with similar business systems is an advantage.
