Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain,

Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,

Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,

Minimum Advanced level of English both written and spoken

High customer focus and teamwork spirit,

Analytical and problem solving oriented,

Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow,

Strong communication skills,

Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative, when necessary,

Job Description:

Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay on delivery,

Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties,

Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed,

Following the delivery process and communicate with customers in order to solve issues about deliveries

Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution,

Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs,

Supports returns and refusals process from customers to DC,

Building and managing the relationship with Customer’s Local Contacts; DC Team and Customer Service Team.
