Job Description
Transport Planner
Our client is looking for a Transport Planning Consultant to join their expanding Transport and Development Planning team in Reading.
The successful candidate will provide clients with transport planning and highway advice on a wide range of projects across various sectors throughout the UK.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing, writing, reviewing, and delivering Transport Assessments/Transport Statements, Travel Plans, and other key documents.
Assisting with the technical delivery of development planning projects.
Supporting senior staff when advising clients.
Requirements for the role:
A relevant degree.
Knowledge of government transport policy and guidelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with Junctions 9/10, TRICS, and TEMPRO.
Experience using AutoCAD and Auto Track is desirable.
