Are you an experienced Transport Planner looking for your next move in a fast-paced, collaborative logistics environment?
We’re hiring for a key role within a growing transport team, where you’ll play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly across Ireland and internationally.
🌍 About the Role
Based in Ballycoolin, Dublin, you’ll join a team of six planners working across Dublin, Cork, and Poland. You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service standards.
You’ll also take part in a rolling 5-week on-call rota, supporting operations as the designated on-call planner for one week in every cycle.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and coordinating daily transport schedules
- Optimising routes and resource allocation
- Communicating with drivers, depots, and customers
- Managing and resolving operational issues in real-time
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in transport planning or logistics (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role in Ireland
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Must be currently based in Ireland
