Transport Operations and M&R Supervisor is responsible for following standard of transportation practice including plan daily load & route schedule, route control, control maintenance expenditure, incident management. To oversee and schedule fleet inspections, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime and to ensure that the organisations fleet assets are maintained and developed in accordance with agreed business plans, objectives, and standards. Ensure that goods, vehicle, and any other properties properly handled with care and in a professional manner. Following good safety practices to prevent dangerous or hazard impacts to properties and Human. Lead team to follow company rules & regulations as well as in conjunction with internal & external concerns to achieve excellence in performance to exceed customer expectation.

Responsibilities:

Identify and implement cost saving initiatives in coordination with Operations leaders.

Supervise, lead and control transport team for daily operations e.g. plan delivery schedule, time data records, check and load dispatching goods, etc.

Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be achieved and maximize efficiency through achieving productivity targets.

Support and assist Operations Manager in all aspects to help operations run smoothly to achieve the targets with the best efficiency and reasonable cost.

All expenditures will be managed and controlled within the approval budget.

Monitor all driver working hours to ensure that drivers get properly rest and prevent the accidents.

Ensure that any kind of incident occurring especially during delivery time will be prevented and all drivers perform in accordance with safety rules and policies.

Advise Operations Manager or Senior Management immediately if any irregularities, malpractice or suspected incidents of cheating or misappropriation occurred within the Site.

Being a role model for safe routines and successfully implement the transportation operations in compliance to health & safety standards and operating model processes.

Administrative support to Senior Management for update / filing / storage document as route card / site card / risk assessment.

Lead and co-ordinate government fleet annual inspection program.

Organise and oversee strict fleet maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime.

Work with truck M&R vendors to develop and execute contingency measures for fleet breakdown to minimize operation downtime.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of fleet inspections and services.

Monitoring fleet costs and ensuring that they remain in budget.

Understand and execute PR / PO processes and ensure accuracy.

Engage suppliers to ensure maintenance works are completed on time.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years working experience in transport operations.

Experience in the petroleum and gas Industry desirable.

High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office

Have a pro-active personality, good interpersonal skills, service oriented and organization skills.

Knowledge of SAP systems is beneficial.
