Salary: £27,370 per annum

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of drivers, maintaining service levels, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing driver routes and schedules
Monitoring transport systems and resolving operational issues
Ensuring drivers meet safety, uniform, and service standards
Reviewing telematics data and liaising with driver trainers
Handling transport-related casework and customer queries
Assisting with accident investigations and covering for the Transport Manager when required
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Proficiency with transport management software and general IT skills
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a
fast-paced
transport operation
Strong understanding of route optimisation and driver management
Understanding of EU & GB domestic driving hours regulations
