Function

Your role as Transport Administrator & Customer Service

For our office in Lovech, TML Bulgaria, we are looking for an administrative professional to support our international transport and logistics operations.

In this role, you will combine administrative accuracy with daily communication with customers, drivers, and colleagues. Thanks to your structured approach, transport files are processed correctly, customers stay well informed, and our operational processes run smoothly.

Your Tasks

  • Process, verify, and follow up on transport files, orders, CMRs, and delivery notes.
  • Create bookings in customer portals and reserve loading and unloading time slots.
  • Complete, monitor, and report operational KPIs.
  • Manage the shared mailbox and handle inquiries from customers, drivers, and internal colleagues via phone and email.
  • Coordinate daily with planning, customer service teams, and operational departments to ensure excellent service.

Profile

Who You Are

  • You have initial experience in an administrative, logistics, or customer service role.
  • You work accurately, are well-organized, and have a strong eye for detail.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You remain calm under pressure and can easily adapt when priorities change.
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Experience with transport and logistics processes is a strong advantage.
