About the Role
We are looking for a Training Specialist to support employee development across our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering onboarding and refresher training programs, managing learning platforms, tracking training performance, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing employees.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including training materials, quizzes, and assessments.
- Track training completion, assessment results, and employee performance.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify training needs.
- Prepare training reports and maintain training records.
- Support continuous learning initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development Specialist.
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Logistics, or Shipping industries.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- TOT (Training of Trainers) Certificate.
- Experience with CRM or Logistics Management Systems.
- Experience designing training materials and assessments.
- Good command of English.
