Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Coordinating with BOI/ Customs import & export related issues.
•Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and customs declarations.
•Monitoring the shipment with relevant team.
•Preparing Weekly & monthly import/export related reports.
•Filing and recording Export/ import commercial documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
•Passed GCE A/L examination.
•Certificate/Diploma in relevant field will be an added advantage.
•Minimum of 1 year experience in similar capacity.
•Good knowledge in English language coupled with communication skills.
•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet tight deadlines.
