The Role
You will be trained alongside our operatives to eventually be able to complete the following:
Main Responsibilities
Planning and arranging collections and deliveries : Logistics
Liaising with customers, carriers, suppliers, shipping lines, port authorities etc. by telephone, email etc
Obtaining the necessary paperwork, Bill of ladings etc
Admin / Administration support to all parties
Data input / Data entry and general admin
Skills And Qualities
Previous experience in general forwarding/logistics
Ability to work under pressure (deadlines), independently and within a team
Attention to detail, competent in Microsoft, Outlook, and ability to learn new procedures
Be driven and self:motivated
Be good at admin and prioritising
