Trailer Maintenance & Operations Assistant Manager (Korean-Bilingual)

Pay Range: $81,200 – $90,500 USD
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Maintenance HOD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (approx. 6:00AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM); rotating weekends and overtime may be required. Schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.
Location: Onsite, Ellabell, GA 31308 (must be able to commute within neighboring facilities)
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of trailer vehicles.
Record and manage maintenance history and inspection results.
Coordinate with external maintenance vendors and parts suppliers.
Respond to vehicle breakdowns with emergency repairs.
Inspect and document vehicle condition during trailer check-in/out.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Korean and English.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial vehicle maintenance or operations.
Valid Driver’s License (Class 1 or equivalent).
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Education & Experience:
College degree in Transportation or Logistics, or extensive relevant work experience.
Minimum of 5 years in operations, logistics, or similar roles.
Ability to take initiative and think strategically.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
This role involves routine use of office equipment, sitting for long periods, and may require lifting up to 30 pounds, with accommodations available as needed.
