Coda Search is partnering with a $500M+ trading firm in Westchester County, NY. This is a global firm that operates across 7 offices and is coming off one of its best trading years in history. The team is seeking to hire a Logistics/Traffic Coordinator who will be responsible for working cross-functionally across the entire group managing day-to-day logistics, monitoring inventory levels, working with counterparties, and coordinating with the trading desks on the timely execution of inventory deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics and supply chain of various products
Arrange and manage the shipment of products via vessel, rail, and trucking and working closely with their counterparties
Review contracts and negotiate pricing with outside vendors
Prepare invoices and purchase orders
Monitor inventory levels and prepare weekly inventory reports for the trading desk
Work closely with accounting, finance, and the front office
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
6+ months/interships of logistics or finance experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivots)
Strong organization and time management skills
