** Key Responsibilities*
* – Assist the Trade Operations Manager in implementing commodity trading contracts signed.
– Review and check contract clauses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
– Liaise with commercial banks on the issuance of LCs.
– Ensure full compliance of LC documents with the terms and conditions of LCs.
– Review trading contracts and follow up on shipping logistics arrangements.
– Handle shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Mate’s Receipts, and other required documentation.

* – At least a Diploma with minimum of 3 years of related experience in Operations & Logistics, Import & Export Documentation and Shipping.
– Able to handle complex logistics arrangements (bulk shipments) and must have proven experience with bulk conventional vessels, specifically in handling fertilizer or other commodity bulk shipments.
– Prior experience in handling full shipping documents, including LC and Bill of Lading.
