M-F, 40 hours per week supporting EST
NOTE: Excel skills needed; testing will be required during the interview process
Duration: 6+ months (extendable/potential to convert)
Pay: $28-32 per hour W2
Monitoring incoming emails for troubleshooting, research and resolution.
Run reporting, actions with internal stakeholders, summarizes and tracks issue resolution
Initial vendor outreach and communicating requirements for onboarding
Support record keeping/logging history of invoices, tracking spends
Supports meeting content, notes, action items, PowerPoint templates
Monitoring, and actioning purchase order compliance
Troubleshooting, researching, documenting system related issues
Corresponding with third party and internal associates to resolve issues.
Monitor work ques, status updates
Maintain distribution lists of internal parties.
Monitor dashboards in system, creates analysis, and communicates highlights
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, transportation and customs preferred
Understand excel formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP’s
PowerPoint experience needed
Minimum High School Diploma; College Degree preferred
