Essential Functions
Must Be 21 or older to Apply.
Driving and operating a service vehicle (loading/towing vehicles, flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, etc.)
Interacting with customers on-scene, establishing rapport, building relationships, trust, and problem solving
Utilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems
Completing daily paperwork (call-logs, battery invoices, cash receipts, etc.)
Inspecting and submitting maintenance reports of company vehicles for safe and efficient operation
Participating in education and training such as AAA Compliance Training, RPST, TSAAC, Lock-out, PSP, Battery Service Training
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to learn new skills through training
Ability to operate manual/automatic shift vehicles
Ability to ride a bicycle at a skilled level
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse people
Basic math skills
Effective communication skills and strong command of English
Basic automotive knowledge
Basic computer skills
Bilingual communication skills
Education
& Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
6–7 years of experience operating a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
Work involves outdoor service at vehicle sites, lifting/carrying tires and parts up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather and traffic conditions, including hazardous environments.
Compensation
$23.75 to $25.25 hourly pay (depending on location), with potential to earn up to an additional $1,400 per month through quality and productivity incentives.
