This part-time weekend position runs from June to October 2026.
Your role includes coordinating pedestrian movement and managing marine traffic over a movable bridge. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, ensure smooth interactions with the public and other stakeholders, and work well outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate the movable pedestrian bridge
• Communicate procedures to pedestrians and marine operators
• Open and close the bridge for boat passage
• Oversee pedestrian and boat traffic coordination
• Work closely with Project Manager and Superintendent
Requirements:
• Proficient communication and organizational abilities
• Reliable and sound decision-making skills
• Willingness to engage in teamwork
• Comfortable in outdoor environments
• Physically able to navigate rough terrain
