Position Overview:
We’re looking for a flexible associate who can float between weekday and weekend shifts at our Chapel Hill location:
- Weekdays: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Must Weekends: Saturday (9 AM – 4 PM), Sunday (11 AM – 4 PM) – looking for weekend and flexible over weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries
- Provide shipping, printing, and packaging solutions
- Assist customers with UPS, USPS, and freight services
- Operate store equipment (copiers, printers, laminators, POS systems)
- Perform Notary Public duties and ensure accurate document execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Support mailbox services and daily store operations
- Open and close store per procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Active North Carolina Notary Public license – Strongly Preferred
- Prior experience at The UPS Store or similar retail/print environment – Strongly Preferred
- Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
- Strong computer and internet skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Available to work 25–40 hours/week, including weekends
