About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled, entrepreneurial dispatcher who knows how to move hazmat, heavy haul, fuel, and chemical freight. This is a high-performance, high-reward position for someone who thrives in fast-paced freight environments and wants the freedom to earn based on their skill—not a fixed hourly wage.
You’ll be dispatching within our general freight division, backed by our 75+ active semis and access to a 200-truck fleet nationwide. We also operate FedEx Ground and Amazon divisions, but this role is fully focused on open freight—no package work. With real volume, specialized lanes, and a leadership team that understands logistics, you’ll have the support and scale to build something real.

What You’ll Handle:
Dispatching hazmat, chemical, fuel, and heavy haul loads
Leveraging load boards and broker relationships to keep trucks moving
Managing driver schedules, compliance, and delivery updates
Coordinating with our operations team on equipment, inspections, and route planning
Primarily Texas-based freight, but with access to nationwide lanes
What You Need:
2+ years of dispatching experience, ideally in hazmat or specialized freight
Strong understanding of DOT regulations, driver HOS, and safety protocols
Experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and dispatch tools
Solid communication and organizational skills
Located in or familiar with Houston and Texas freight markets (preferred)
