Position: Terminal Manager – Baltimore, MD
Description
Quest Transport is in search of a Terminal Manager for its Baltimore Maryland location. Quest Transport specializes in fuel deliveries to stations in and around the Baltimore / Washington DC metro areas.
We are a growing company with locations in Baltimore Maryland, Frederick Maryland, Salisbury Maryland, Lorton Virginia, and Wilmington / Selma North Carolina.
The Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Scheduling drivers
Payroll
DOT HOS Compliance
Budgeting
P&L responsibility and understanding
Hiring, training, and developing drivers
Daily operational controls to improve customer service and meet financial goals
Maintaining driver personnel files
Progressive discipline as needed
Requirements
Class A CDL
Willing to get Hazmat, Tanker, and TWIC
Strong word & excel experience
Available 24/7 to respond to incidents and accidents as needed
Cheerful outlook with a coaching mentality
Creative thinker and analytical person
Leadership by example & hands-on approach to training
Ability to work well with others towards a common goal
Live within a 25-mile radius of Curtis Bay Maryland
Reliable transportation
