Team Dedicated Assigned Run:
This is a dedicated run dispatched from Grove City, Ohio to Oglesby IL. Monday at 5:00 am through Friday with a 12:00 am dispatch from Grove City, Ohio to Plain City, Ohio to Mansfield, Ohio and Back to Grove City, Ohio Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdaybefore being dispatched to Oglesby, IL. On those days.
Average Run Milage:
The Run Will Average approximately 4,800 miles per week. • Pay Rate will be .75 per mile split. And a .01 per milesafety bonus every six (6) months.• If FedEx has no freight due to no fault of Tony Hunt Trucking Inc. or FedEx shortens the run, Milage will be paid as ran.
Truck Driver Job Responsibilities:
Drive and operate trucks.• Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.• Pre-trip and Post trip inspections. • Verify trailers for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.• Loads are no touch. Drop and Hook only.• Properly Assess and operate ELD’s as to affirm government standards.• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.• Update job knowledge by participating in safety educational opportunities monthly on Carriers Edge.
Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge• Clean driving record• No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years• Listening and verbal communication skills• Dependability• Pass a Back Ground Check, Drug Test and DOT Physical.
Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
CDL – Class A • 21 years or older• Doubles and Triples endorsements required.• At least one year of OTR experience
