About the role
As a Team Lead, you will oversee and manage the moving crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and safely. You’ll serve as the primary contact for clients during moves and handle any issues that arise on-site.
What you’ll do
Lead and supervise the moving crew on job sites.
Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met.
Ensure all items are loaded, transported, and unloaded safely.
Delegate tasks to crew members and provide training as needed.
Handle unexpected challenges, such as fitting furniture through tight spaces.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in moving, logistics, or related field.
Strongleadershipandcommunication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work long hours.
Customerservice-orientedwith aproblem-solvingmindset.
