** Role Performance and Expectation**:
– Tally cargoes according to inward / outward manifest or load plan by customers.
– Managing incoming /outgoing shipments.
– Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and manifested records.
– Ensuring proper labeling and packaging for incoming / outgoing cargoes.
– Developing or improving upon tallying management procedures.
– Arrange cargoes for export according to load plan.
– Keeping detailed records of all incoming cargoes, including weight (Over Weight) and dimensions (Long Length).
– Take photos for both incoming / outgoing shipments – As per customers’ request.
